My goal for you is to learn basic, quality editing and not rely on "pushed" and extreme filters to create an edited work. Starting with the basics and being gentle with the editing is the goal. a full range of tonality, no blown out whites or blocked up blacks, expression and control... It is good to look at the work of the masters to see how they treated various subjects with their editing.
